Here, Floyd is grinding down beams on the second floor of the shop as part of a project to add more flooring and create additional storage space. And also giving us a look at the final product. It's another example of someone stepping up to improve the shop and support the team.

That kind of initiative and dedication help keep everything moving forward, so we can continue delivering the quality our customers count on. Great job Floyd!

Rick is always working hard and dedicated to the craft, but what really stands out is his willingness to help other crew members. Whenever someone has a question or needs a hand, Rick is more than willing to stop what he's doing and help out, and he does it all with a great attitude.
