More improvements made to our community in November and December. A concrete walkway was finished in November. We just got two new front loading machines in our community laundry facility this month. It all looks great.

Adding more privacy fencing to the community. ❤️ The residents in here are so happy they can't see what is on the other side now. 😁

We have some exciting news, Sweet Home! The City of Sweet Home is providing an opportunity to clean up your property for FREE! We will have dumpsters located at various locations throughout the community starting June 16th.

The dumpsters will be available for use from 8:00 AM until they are full at the locations and dates listed below:

June 16th: Northside Park, 1780 11th Ave.
June 17th: Strawberry Park, 1300 Westwood Ln.
June 18th & 19th: Sankey Park, 847 14th Ave.
June 23rd: Ashbrook Park, 2800 Juniper St.
June 24th: Corner of 42nd St & Osage St.
June 25th & 26th: City Hall, 3225 Main St.

The dumpsters will be removed each night, and our Code Enforcement Officer will be on site answering any questions you may have. A sign in sheet and ID will be required to dispose of trash so we can verify you live inside of Sweet Home city limits. There is a limit of one truck load or utility trailer load of trash per address per day.

There are some items that cannot be disposed of in these dumpsters. Prohibited items are:

-Chemicals, paints, cleaning agents
-Electronics such as televisions, computers, cell phones
-Items containing freon or acid such as car batteries, AC units, fridges
-Tires
-Construction debris
