As man of you know I have been involved with the amazing Guildificon all week...the online convention for everything litrpg which is the genre my novels reside in well today they are doing a live Dungeons and Dragons session and i was lucky enough to be invited...below is the character i created cause, well, i am a nerd but i know i have a lot of fellow nerds on my page so here he is...

History--

Younger Life – This was told to Davion -- Davion is the son of a Shadar-Kai woman who’d been a slave of the Drow of Menzoborazzen. She was bought and freed by Jaraxle and his group Bregan D'aerthe – She was delivered to the Black Coats Gang of Waterdeep along with an infant child and told to protect both on pain of death. They did their best but when Davion was three years old his Mother was killed in a raid of their territory by a rival gang. His only inheritance was a cloak that had been given to the leader of the Black Coats supposedly by Jaraxle himself and was bonded to the young Davion and the magical weapon, the Hand-crossbow of the Drow.

He was raised by one of their scouts and enforcers by the name of Tug – A half-orc. He was treated well and grew up doing the same thing as his Foster Father, a scout and enforcer of the gang, working side by side with the Half-Orc he grew to idolize and love. Tug the Knife who was renowned for using two long-bladed hooked knives spent years teaching Davion everything he knew and was a good Father by any measure. Tug had a sort of hard earned street honor to him that he instilled in his boy. They developed a reputation within and without of the Black Coats, Tug the Blade and his Boy, the Crow. People knew to stay wary of the street tough and his fey son who had strange magics.

When he was in his early twenties, his guardian Tug was set-up and killed in a coup by a lieutenant of the gang who Davion subsequently killed in a murderous rage then barely escaped reprisal and Waterdeep itself. It is now months later and he wanders Faerun with no direction, lost as to who he is and where to go. (Secretly fantasizes that Jaraxle is his Father but has never heard from or been contacted by he or the Bregan D’aerthe.}.

He might have no direction and a lot to still learn but he still had his inheritance, the mysterious Cloak of Crows, and The Hand-crossbow of the Drow. He’d also managed to take his Foster Father’s infamous hooked blades from his co**se before killing his murderer and fleeing. In addition, he has the honor Tug instilled in him and the fearlessness that came with youth. He would carve a path that would lead him to his fate. This, he promised himself and so it was with those thoughts he stepped into tomorrow, whatever it held.

They have survived the Tutorial and now enter their new home, the merged world of Erebus. The Multi-Versal System is still an as***le, still focused on blood and carnage, murder and treachery.

They have three days to prepare for the beginning of a trio of Monster Waves to test the few that have survived. On top of that, the flora and fauna of the new world have been mutated and enhanced. Gideon, L'Sana, and Ari are not alone however. They made a deal and the remnants of the Shador are at their side. They have a City Stone and a few Gods in their corner whether Gideon wants them or not.

Both L'Sana and he must deal with their choices of accepting Bloodlines and what that truly means while doing their best to create a new home for them all, one that will help defend them against what's coming.

The Monster waves, the mutated beasts and flora, are nothing compared to the threat of their fellow survivors when the System itself pushed all towards killing They were Scions of just one Elite Tutorial. There were five others, with a possibility of at least five Scions per, not to mention the machinations of Multi-Versal Factions and the Gods themselves. All eyes are upon Erebus, unique in the billions of years of Integrations in more ways then one.

Gideon had no fear, nor ever had, and his eyes were a predator gaze locked upon it all, including the still vivid intent of making a Senator pay for the broken women he'd left behind.

Rebecca Trumane, the Governor, and her lackey, the Fool, are.also still out there with their own ambitious plans, creating the Mercenary Faction of the Unchained upon Erebus, gathering an army to push her to the apex.
