Male Blepharoplasty needs to be extra conservative. Men don’t need a lot of eyelid to show, just enough so that the extra skin isn’t hanging over their lashes.
Since men naturally have lower brows, you don’t want them disrupt their natural look. The goal is to make them a more rested version of themselves, not transform them into something new.
