We’re excited to welcome Nikki Robords, LCSW, to the With Heart With Soul Therapy team! 💖

Nikki brings over a decade of experience in the mental health field, including nine years in a residential setting and several years in clinical practice since graduating from Syracuse University in 2018. Her style is genuine, empathetic, and purposeful, creating a supportive space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves while working toward meaningful change.

Nikki takes a person-centered approach to therapy, recognizing that growth looks different for everyone. She balances encouragement with honest feedback, helping clients build practical skills, gain insight, and move forward with greater confidence. Sometimes you need someone cheering you on, and sometimes you need someone to help you see things from a new perspective. Nikki brings both.

Outside of the therapy room, Nikki spends most of her time with her husband and two kids. She also enjoys baking, spending time with friends, and winding down with a favorite comfort show.
