Conflicting feelings are totally normal. Sometimes we spend a great deal on trying to resolve these feelings into one or the other. This can cause us pain, placing judgement upon ourselves for our complicated emotions. It doesn't have to be this way. We are allowed to have complicated feelings surrounding many life instances. Life is full of nuance and "grey areas". Feelings are no exception.
