Hey everyone! I’m Matt and I’m currently a junior studying Health and Exercise Science! I’ve always enjoyed giving back to my community, and through being a Boy Scout and a volunteer firefighter at home, I’ve had lots of different opportunities to do that. I was looking for a way in which I could give back to the Syracuse community, and a friend told me about APO! When I joined APO, I realized what a good choice I had made: 1. Because there are so many unique opportunities for service, and 2. Because this org is full of some really cool and really nice people. Overall I would say joining APO is one of the best decisions I’ve made during my time here at Syracuse!

Hey everyone! My name is Sarah Reed and I’m a junior majoring in Health and Exercise Science with minors in Nutrition and Psychology. I joined APO because I wanted to give back to the Syracuse community and meet people with similar values! Although I just joined last Spring, it has been an amazing experience since day 1! I’ve met so many kind and caring people, as well as gotten to engage in service projects that I wouldn’t have found on my own! My favorite thing about APO is that everyone is so welcoming and you can meet a wide variety of people that helps make campus feel smaller!
