Trash lash advice—let’s clear it up:

*You don’t “need a break” from extensions (when they’re applied correctly and you get regular fills).
*Extensions don’t damage your natural lashes—poor application + picking/rubbing does.
*Lashes aren’t “high maintenance”—a quick daily brush + wash is enough.
• Washing your lashes won’t make them fall out. Dirty lashes + oil buildup actually hurts retention.

Healthy lashes = good technique + good aftercare. If you’re unsure what’s best for your lash goals, ask me at your next appointment.

Your natural lashes should never feel painful or uncomfortable with extensions. If they do something is wrong with the application or aftercare. Good extensions feel like nothing at all.
