Part-time permanent work. We are looking for an experienced office building maintenance person for a building on James Street in the City of Syracuse. Work 2 to 3 days per week performing various maintenance work, including cleaning, painting, carpet, and vinyl flooring, replacing ceiling tiles, sheetrock repairs, and minor electrical and plumbing work. Compensation is commensurate with experience. A retired person preferred. Your own transportation is not a requirement. The building is on a bus route. No agencies, please.
