We love our Mrs. Garn

Delaware Primary School Special Education teacher Kathleen Garn goes above and beyond – also serving in the role of Robotics Instructor in the school’s After School Program… it’s why her colleague, Library Media Specialist Tanisha Huertas, nominated her as an outstanding staff member. Inspired by her father’s service as a past SCSD After School Program Robotics Instructor, this year, Ms. Garn led the Delaware Robotics team to a 1st place win!

Kathleen’s willingness to support her students and her community, coupled with her family’s legacy of service, exemplifies the best qualities we value in our staff and community.”

Our fifth-grade class took a trip to the Baseball Hall of Fame, engaging in an enriching learning experience about baseball and enjoying a lunch break with their fellow classmates. 🧢⚾️

The moving up ceremony for 5th grade will be held on Wednesday, June 24th at 9:30 am in our school's auditorium.
