School's out, and there's nothing quite like waking up to a stack of pancakes drizzled with maple syrup to kick off summer right! 🌞

Maple trees don't take days off. Even though it isn't sugaring season, they have plenty of work to do. 💪

Right now, our maple trees are in photosynthesis mode, turning sunlight into the sugar reserves that will become next year's syrup. Think of the summer as the "charging phase." If the leaves are green and the sun is shining, the tree is filling its pantry for the winter. So here's to the hard work happening in the forest so we can enjoy the sweet reward later! 🍁✨
