Our decision to temporarily close and change our concept was bittersweet. It was not taken lightly, as we knew it meant letting go of some beloved traditions. Rather than serving food that did not meet our quality requirements, we chose to reassess and adapt our offerings to the evolving demands of the restaurant industry.

While we have always honored traditional recipes, our new focus is on innovation.
