Join Melissa Wiltsey O'Mara and Kevin Stack on May 6th in at the Building Better Buildings - and bring your wisdom and experience in the buildings industry from 3pm - 4:30pm - "Unlocking Collective Wisdom: A Reverse Conference on Building Resilient, Electrified Futures".

This 90-minute “reverse conference” will bring the people side of systems into focus. Through Appreciative Inquiry and “How Might We” dialogues, participants will learn from one another’s successes, share strategies, and generate ideas for affordable electrification. Together, the group will explore how integrated teams and technologies—smart controls, high-efficiency systems, and grid-ready equipment—can deliver resilient, affordable buildings while building new relationships across Vermont.
