Today is World Headshot Day, so what better time to pull back the curtain on what actually happens during a session?

These shots are from an onsite photoshoot where I packed up my studio and brought it to the client. We live in a first-impression world—your profile photo isn’t just an image; it’s a split-second decision-maker that sets you apart.

As a member of Peter Hurley’s Headshot Crew, I follow a proven system designed to bring out the best in people. Lauren is a 3rd-year law student at Syracuse University College of Law and she's nothing short of impressive. Currently, she’s dedicating most of her time to preparing for the bar exam, and I have no doubt she’s going to excel.

When she's not hitting the books, Lauren is gaining valuable experience as a law clerk at Melvin & Melvin, PLLC

Recently, she came into my studio to update her personal brand with a new headshot, and she absolutely nailed it! We even had her grandma join in on FaceTime during the review process, and I'm happy to say her headshots are officially grandma-approved! Plus, the comedy and laughs were free of charge.
