Responsibilities:
-Answer calls and take messages for a broad number of client accounts
-Providing clear and concise messages to clients using proper spelling and grammar
-Excellent attendance
-Maintain positive and professional disposition in stressful situations
Requirements:
-Ability to work weekends
-Evening hours required
-Basic computer skills
-Have good interpersonal skills
-Ability to type 30 wpm
