Bates Technical College Library

The library was pleased to host Caleb Wiswell from MDC who presented successful and well-attended Tablet 101 workshops on Thursday, June 27th. . A total of 36 tablets were issued free of charge to students who participated in the sessions.

LPN Program student Jamie Eaton says:
"I've been getting free paperbacks from the library's Read & Relax book exchange, so I thought I would return the favor by donating this human heart model to the library collection. I hope the medical program students can use it!"

Machinist student Colin Gibbs recently put the library’s motto, “We’ve Got What You Need” to the test, saying:

“The library says they always have what we need. When I got a tiny metal splinter in my hand, I needed to borrow tweezers. I figured it was worth a shot, and they had it!”
