Late post on our short vacation in Spokane with Dell Whiting and Rebecca Hammond. We also spend time with our adorable grandson Jackson.

In celebration of Filipino Food Month, move, shaker, and inimitable chef and hostess Lydia De la Cruz, in partnership with RCDCCE is hosting a cooking class featuring her take and unique spin on Filipino classics like dilis, adobo, and bibingka. This fundraiser will benefit the Westmore HIgh School's Young Artist Scholarship Program.

The interest in this cooking class is so high that it is SOLD OUT!
