Tacoma Galloway is a Training Group that uses the Jeff Galloway Method of "Run Walk Run". We meet o We will avoid running on the roads as much as possible.

Social distance was maintained most of the time. Runners were started at a 2 minute interval. Great running by all runners. Let me know when you will be running your virtual and what your route will be. You might just get someone clapping and cheering (from a safe distance). I would love to come out and support any of you that I can.
