Project highlight: This 18-story, 400-room luxury hotel developed by the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe offers sweeping views of Mount Rainier and the Olympic mountain range while delivering luxury dining, spa and recreational facilities for guests.

PCS designed a 323,000 SF, 7-story parking structure addition to the existing 7-story parking structure at Muckleshoot Casino. This additional parking serves the new resort, providing additional capacity for large events. The parking structure is a post-tensioned, one-way system with exterior concrete moment frames.
