NPBC Laymen

Calling all singers!! The NPBC Choir will minister in song at the Walter Cade Jr. Workshop. There is only ONE REHEARSAL scheduled for 2pm on Saturday, March 28, at Shiloh Baptist Church in Tacoma. 🎶

The National Baptist Laymen’s Movement proudly awarded $19,750 in scholarships and laptop computers to seven exceptional Junior Laymen during the Annual Scholarship Awarding Program held on August 9, 2025, via Zoom.

Each recipient was recognized for their achievements and will receive a cash award along with a laptop, funded by contributions from Laymen nationwide and business sponsors. The program was presided over by Vice President Brian Jones, with an opening message titled “Life’s Pursuits” by Rev. Larry McCree of Birmingham, AL. Kelvin Mitchell serves as Scholarship Chairman.
