Hello, my lovelies. I created my first post on Substack today. It's not about politics or how the world is going to hell. It's not talking smack or getting you to buy something. It's about how strange it is to become aware in the universe, how your consciousness is actually the universe noticing itself.

I believe it is vital for our well-being to loosen our shoulders, roll our necks around a bit, take a few deep breaths, tap into grand ideas, and let ourselves feel a little awe & wonder. Preferably at least once a damn day (if not 1,000 times). That's one of the things my Substack is for. If you dig it, click subscribe, so you can get in on it again next time.

And don't worry, it's okay to take a break from all the awefulness for a couple minutes. The problems will still be there when you're done. And maybe, just maybe, you might feel a little less crushed, a little more inspired to stand up and make a difference.
