What if the next time you walked into a doctor's office, they already had everything they needed — because YOU brought it with you?
Not on paper. Not from memory. But securely, digitally, and in your control.
That's the future WellConnector is building. Born right here in Tallahassee, our app gives patients a portable, verified health profile they can share instantly at any point of care — no clipboards, no repeated questions, no gaps in the story of your health.
We're a mission-driven team that believes the healthcare system can work better — for patients, for caregivers, and for the providers who serve them. And we're seeing that belief reflected in the responses we're getting — from our neighbors here in the Big Bend to the halls of CMS in Washington.
We're coming soon. And we can't wait to meet you. 💙

WellConnector debuted a live demonstration on April 9, during the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) “HealthTech Ecosystem Live! First Wave Launch” event in Washington, DC. The event brought together an initial set of patient-facing apps to move the nation “beyond clipboards, fax machines, and repetitive paperwork into a seamless, digital‑first era” — including Tallahassee-based WellConnector.
WellConnector became an early adopter to pledge support for the CMS “Kill the Clipboard” initiative. After demonstrating its readiness, a demo video was requested, reviewed and then selected by CMS to be highlighted onstage during the agency’s event and livestreamed to national audiences. The WellConnector team came home energized and inspired by the personal stories driving the push toward patient-centered solutions.
WellConnector’s participation in the CMS First Wave Launch marks a significant step for the team and its work — demonstrating how coordinated infrastructure and private-sector innovation can deliver simpler, more connected experiences for patients.
