You lose it

Mobility has slowly become a major issue in our modern world

With most people working desk jobs remotely or in offices sitting for 8-10hrs

This manifest in your body as dis- eases like:

Your Neck gets tight
Lower back stiff
Hips feel weird…..

like concrete in the morning

Most people starting out with kettlebells not only treat it like bodybuilding but always use the wrong footwear

Kettlebells are all about feedback and when you’re using trainers or running shoes with padded wedges your intrinsic feet šŸ‘£ muscles and nerves aren’t able to get a proper feel when you perform any swings, squats, snatched or cleans

The solution ✨

Either go barefoot or use minimalist shoes that are flat and have a wide toes box
