Often times we believe that because we are “good” we shouldn’t experience challenging, oftentimes painful, seasons. Whether it’s grief, a breakup, job loss or financial stress, my response is “it’s your turn.” You can be loving, caring, give to the poor, go to church, pray, volunteer and your turn will still find its way to you.

So, cry, yell, pout if you have to because the good news is it doesn’t last forever💚
