As of 8:00 PM EDT Tropical Storm Isaias is located over the Dominican Republic moving NW at 20 MPH, the TS has a sustained wind speed of 60 MPH. Isaias is set to become a category 1 hurricane by the weekend bringing strong wind and rain to portions of Florida this weekend and the Bahamas as soon as tomorrow. Portions of the Bahamas are now under Hurricane warnings.
