Update 2/10/14: Ronin went downhill fast and was set free Wednesday, Feb 5th. His lymphnodes were swollen as big as tennis balls, and though he still wanted to eat, he choked every time he tried as nothing would help his swelling :( He started having labored breathing and non-stop panting (huge sign of pain for a dog). A red rash formed on his belly, which his Vet attributed to possible internal bleeding and his body shape became abnormal. All this combined with extreme lethargy, the family knew it was time :( They found a very compassionate Vet to come to their home and set Ronin free where he was most comfortable.

Run Free sweet baby boy. You were loved by so many people from day 1 & will always be missed. To Sarae, Rod and girls...I am so sorry :( We adore your family and if you ever need anything, please don't hesitate to ask. You are forever part of our rescue family
