We are so immensely blessed for the opportunity to interact with y’all and to truly practice our craft together. Thank you for the opportunity, we promise we won’t squander it 💪🏻

Transformation Tuesday!
SPT Fam - Meet Tyler. We started working together about 3 months ago with his primary goal being to look “better in a T-Shirt” well that quickly evolved to “learn powerlifting” and “add boxing” 😂
Tyler is the definition of dedication and it shows! This is the bottom of our first cut together - we’ll be doing two more and you don’t wanna miss where we’re about to take this physic.
