Almost two months ago, we raised over $1,000 to be utilized during a honors (USF Judy Genshaft Honors College) service learning trip to Ghana. Those funds allowed us to purchase the following items for a local orphanage: 3 volleyballs, 1 basketball, 2 basketball hoops, spikeball, 1 volleyball net, and 4 frisbees. Rotaractors also spearheaded the transformation of a cracked basketball court into a brand new one. Additionally, they distributed over 70 pounds of school supplies to make the kids' classroom experience more engaging. With additional funds from Rotary, they restocked the medicine and first aid shelves at the orphanage infirmary.

Rotaract at USF's next Coldstone Giveback Night is in one week! On May 18th, join us at the Coldstone on Bruce B Downs and Fowler for a summer hangout. All purchases from 6-9 PM will be in support of Rotaract, so no need to show a flyer. See you there!
