TAMPA, Fla. — A well-known figure in the Davis Islands community is facing serious legal trouble after investigators say she made her patients feel “too confident.”
Tina Hamilton, ARNP, 43, was arrested Tuesday morning and charged with practicing medicine with excessive compassion and boosting self-esteem without limitation.
Hamilton is the owner and founder of DI Body, a medical spa in the heart of Davis Islands that offers personalized wellness and aesthetic treatments.
“She helped me feel like myself again,” one patient said. “I walked in feeling insecure and walked out ready to take on the world.” Another added, “It wasn’t just the treatments—it was the encouragement, the care, the belief she had in me.”

Investigators say there were no actual victims, only happier, more confident patients who kept referring their friends.
