The Sunday Seven
1. This Room: I'm a big fan of a color drench done right. I've actually tried it before and loved the results. My husband thought I was crazy. 😂 Paint is so easy to change, so live a little, right?
2. These Props: My favorite childhood movie is Bedknobs and Broomsticks. When I heard these props were over at Hollywood Studios I couldn't miss the opportunity to see them in person. I wore my "no peopling allowed" shirt and enjoyed something little girl me would've relished in. 🛏️
3. This Foliage: There's no denying I love tropical plants. I've been on the hunt for any and all clearance orchids, so that I can save them. I'm lucky enough to live in a climate they love. We're down here in Florida trying to live our best lives: me and all my orchids. 🌱
4. This Outfit: I'm seeing a theme of pink and green emerge this month....I am really leaning into more color. I have always loved a funky shoe, as it's an easy way to be more daring without a ton of notice. Pink and red? Yes, please. 👗
5. These Tiles: Handmade tile, always and forever. (Handmade anything if we're being technical). I may or may not have tiles and bricks just sitting in the garage that I've purchased because they're so gorgeous. Little pieces of art, easy to take in your luggage. 🖼️
6. This Quote: This year I've really been thinking of my own definition of luxury. I think it differs for all of us. It's my goal to keep moving towards my own "luxuries," some of which are sleep, dinners at the table with family, and having all my kids with me at one time. ❤️
7. This Spot: I took this picture when I lived in Rota, Spain. My time there turned out to be more formative than I ever realized. The pace of live was slower. The moorish architecture grabbed hold of me and still influences me. The people were some of the kindest I've ever encountered. The food. The way of life. It was a magical time. ✨

24 years ✨
We have no pictures of our wedding, and very few of our renewal. England, in its typical fashion, decided to rain, so we threw on wellies and walked into a field of daisies. Just us two and our preacher.
We're not a couple who will tell you it's always been easy. It hasn't. But somehow the sun always seems to come out from the clouds. It just gets better, after the worst. ❤️
Thankful and ever blessed. Here's to 24 more.
