When a courthouse basement slab began to settle, Helicon delivered a targeted structural polyurethane injection solution to stabilize the floor before conditions worsened. In a public-use facility, even early slab movement deserves a careful, long-term fix.

Using AP440 two-part polyurethane chemical grout, our team improved support beneath the slab without unnecessary lifting or invasive demolition. Despite groundwater rising into the work area throughout the project, the repair was completed with controlled ex*****on in the confined basement environment. The result was a more stable slab and reduced risk of future settlement.
