RGA Design LLC is not just your average architecture firm. Yes, we do offer commercial architecture services across the state of Florida, however, we also engage in the formation of development teams to pursue public, private partnerships ‘3P’. The comparable experience is a result of the firm’s involvement in the development and design of multiple private land use types and mixed-use developments as well as the long term individual experience ‘IE” governmental service of the founder William Henry PhD as a former Chairman of the Hillsborough County City of Tampa Planning Commission ‘HCCPC’ and Industrial Development Authority ‘IDA’ and member of the Housing Finance Authority ‘HFA’.

In the past, RGA was the proposed ‘master developer’ led mixed-use development team that finished 3rd on the 3 billion dollar Tropicana Field RFP and 3rd on the 500 million dollar West River Development RFP. Team members included Brennan Development based in Chicago, The Ryan Companies, Invictus Development, Blue Sky Development and Onicx/ Dr. Kiren Patel.
