SEAL Strong took the Stewart Middle School Bulldogs downtown to watch the Special Ops teams 'invade' Tampa.

Today the Bulldogs got a lesson in “Holding Fast”. To Hold Fast means to embrace with force as if someone is trying to take something from you. It’s sort of like a tug of war, you’re on one end and the enemy is on the other. The enemy is negativity, doubt and unbelief so you have to persevere and Hold Fast.
