Meet Dave Crowthers, L2 Total Business Solutions LLC CEO and husband to our Owner, Diane.

Born and raised in West Chester, PA, Dave has lived in the Tampa Bay area for 25 years and is a proud husband, father and grandfather.

Dave has brought over 30 years of leadership, team building, training, sales, business management, human resources, employee development and customer service experience to the L2 team.

Although spending time with his family comes first, he also enjoys the beach, boating, sports, exercising and live music.

Dave is also a proud Tampa Bay Rays, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Tampa Bay Lightning fan.

We’re looking for an 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 Shipping and Receiving Clerk.⁣

Operate forklift/pallet jack, build pallets, receiving on the computer, UPS/FedEx shipments and coordinate truck shipments.⁣

We are looking to hire Metal Fabricators with experience in metal shop fabrication and equipment assembly. Welding, plastic welding or electrical wiring experience is a plus.
