10 years ago, I walked into J. Joseph Salon as an apprentice with a dream, a passion for hair, and no idea where this journey would take me. I never imagined that one day I would not only grow within this company, but become part of helping lead it. ✨

Over the last decade, this salon has helped shape me into the stylist, mentor, educator, and leader I am today. What started as simply loving hair quickly turned into something so much bigger — discovering a true passion for growing people, building confidence in others, and helping a team reach their full potential. Watching artists grow behind the chair and seeing them believe in themselves has become one of the most rewarding parts of my career.

Today, I’m beyond proud and emotional to officially announce that I am now part owner of our Citrus Park location. 🤍

This moment represents years of hard work, growth, challenges, long days, learning experiences, and so much love poured into this company, this team, and our guests. To be able to step into this next chapter while also revealing our newly renovated salon makes this even more special.

And a huge thank you to my mentors, Roy and Linda, for always believing in me, guiding me throughout this past decade, and helping shape me into the stylist and leader I am today. I know I can be stubborn sometimes… but here we are 😂🤍
