On a scale of 1 ("I can't believe that bothers people.") to 10 ("It makes me want to put my own eye out!"), how irritating is it when people use "dialogue" as a verb?

Hey, fellow lovers of words and literature! A longtime client, who happens to be a purveyor of rare books, is looking for a few awesome interns.
