I don’t always stop to celebrate the milestones, but this one means a lot.

I’m incredibly honored to receive Top Photographer award of 2026 at the New Mexico Entertainment Awards.

Photography has never just been about taking pictures for me. It’s about preserving moments that can never be recreated, telling stories without words, and showing people the beauty that’s already there.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted me to capture your families, your weddings, your businesses, your adventures, and your memories over the years. And a very special thank you to the Land of Enchantment, New Mexico, for its beautiful landscapes. My home.

Thank you to my family for always believing in me, and congratulations to all of the talented artists and creators who were recognized tonight. New Mexico is full of incredible talent, and I’m grateful to be part of such a creative community.

This award isn’t the finish line, it’s encouragement to keep growing, creating, and chasing the next story. Bringing back this award to Taos is an honor.
