During the month of September we will be celebrating the bounty of all this hard work over the summer. Now it’s time to hunt and gather the nourishment of the mountains. While we wait for our flowers to ripen in the garden we will be taking to the forest to fill elk, deer, bear, Turkey and cougar tags for the freezer. The empowerment one feels from stocking your own freezer with food and life long memories cannot be surpassed. Good luck everyone. Be safe out there.
