Esquire Services is a family owned and operated Professional Cleaning Company serving the Northern Neck, Middle Peninsula, and Richmond markets since 1977 We are looking for a motivated individual to fill an immediate need for a carpet cleaning specialist and floor technician! If you have a passion for cleaning and are looking for consistent work with a great company, then we want to talk to you! Experience preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate will be career minded and eager to learn and advance in our growing company. Esquire Services provides the customers, company vehicle, and equipment, and tools to become successful. We need technicians who are ready to work and willing to learn This position is Monday -Thursday with most Fridays and weekends off. Some evening work will be required, usually 2 evenings per week. Candidates must apply in person.

This is a roaming position, you will start at the office then go to multiple sites a day.

Job Duties:
• Working with carpet cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Provide quality carpet and upholstery cleaning and related services to customers
• Responsible for cleanliness and care of company vehicles and equipment
• Productively and safely move furnishings to prepare for cleaning, able to lift 50lbs or more
• Ability to handle large Oriental and Area Rugs
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift
• Provide Exceptional Customer Service
• Must be able to pass a drug test, DMV record check, and criminal background check.
