Sometimes I hear G&R is too expensive on tooling. But you get what you pay for. 6 setup tools equating to 60 different part families all welded on one machine. Tooling algorithms sensed and auto selects different part families viewable on the HMI allowing the operator to understand what he or she can load on the machine, once that part is selected on the HMI, machine automatically loads all programs for easy cycle start, so sweet. G&R isn't good, we're the best!!!! Engineering to the max.
