We’re looking to add highly motivated Lawn Care Technician Drivers to our team at Sutter's Tree Service. We are looking for skilled individuals willing to learn and grow with our company. This position offers overtime after 40 hours and requires the flexibility to work weekdays and the occasional weekend. Experience is a plus, but we will train the right person.
Responsibilities:
- Provide lawn care in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain equipment & vehicles
- Inventory Control
- Accurately and efficiently completing routes while working as a team
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Chauffeur's license and MDOT Medical Card
- Have reliable transportation
- 2 years of Commercial Lawn Mowing experience (preferred)
- Must be able to safely operate chainsaws and similar equipment
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work in various weather conditions
Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- lawn mowing & edging
- w**d whipping
- shrub & tree trimming
- general labor
Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
