Feeling absolutely blessed and thankful. Everything has a reason and today I know why.

We were trying to resell a software every now knows of. I'm leaving the name out.

We had used the product at a extremely large client . We were extremely well versed on the product.

We were going to replace all of out clients with this product.

We were getting the run around. None of that made sense to me as we resell much larger hardware and software. I even escalated to managers. This went on for over a month

After 3 weeks of border line insulting emails. I simply replied I was soured by the entire experience.

Bottom line we weren't good enough for them. Standoffish I'd say.

We were so insulted my team lead pursued Microsofts Defender line. We rolled that out instead.

I'm a religious person so I know everything had a reason.

But I remember my team and I trying to figure out why they simply were rejecting us.

A month later finally I got a reply.

I'd live to post thier email redacting the names but leaving the company name.

All I can say is Thank you lord for somehow intervening.

I'm sure this is too long of a post and I'll end up deleting it or editing it but if you can follow me.

I'm seeking someone who has experience with Facebook meta business. Then LinkedIn, TikTok, whataapp etc. Mechanics back end setup etc. If your answers will be Google searches and Chatgpt replies. That's not what I mean. This will be a small consulting gig . But when I see an issue I want to solve it . This isn't what our company does in the slightest. But it's all one ecosystem. I want to write about what the issue is and see if we can help another company avoid an issue that was brought to us.

I'm not looking for marketing or consulting at this time. Nor content, video editing etc.

I'm looking for someone who understands the back end. Who then can guide to resolve issues. I.e. duplicate corporate accounts. Corporate email now pointing to a new account instead of the existing account.

I have been blessed to be able to write a technology column called Ungarbled-tech. It's for a newspaper that gets delivered. I really love it, I work hard to make sure all the facts are correct. The editors are so patient as my grammar is scary. Now going 10 years. It's not a money maker.

I'm never going to be an influencer. I'm fine going to a tiny market here locally. The owner told me " I'm in no way technical, but I can laugh and relate to what you write as it's to the common people. "

I was in a hotel with the family. Lugging luggage in an elevator, sweating, frustrated . An elderly gentleman about 80ish is staring me down in the elevator with us. I'm thinking great what does this guy want. The man says. " My son brings a copy of the paper to Maryland where I live. , I read your column and just love it. " - Amazing. !

My wife who has guided me on career paths and has never been wrong. Recommended I expand a bit to go to a bigger audience. Help more people.

This isn't for monetizing I'm not close to being that good. .....

It's pretty well known I'm not a huge social media fan or Facebook poster . It's not due to anything thing specific. I'm just not that interesting that anyone would want to see my boring life. I have an amazing wife and 3 amazing kids. If you would ever see a day in my life. After I cook my kitchen looks like a tornado. The pictures posted are what I look like today . 53, chubby, a little Grey in the beard and I'm must be the only one who doesn't wear a tux to get coffee. As everyone's profile picture is from a wedding or a dinner. My pix , regular guy.

I'm fielding like 5 calls before 9am . Then i walk my dog and take more calls not that glamorous.

Though as my company is in I.T. we hired a spectacular marketing/ sales director. Who has shown me the value of social media. Then it occurred to me that if we are in collaboration tools we can't at least know the advanced. As all SSO goes back to a social media.

What is frustrating and it's not just Facebook. My company is expanding or expanded to implementation of collaboration apps such Microsoft Teams / phones being one of them. As an Edtech provider as one of our markets. Whatever tools we can supply to help our clients communicate internally and externally securely I'm all over that.

It seems every company LinkedIn, whataapp, Facebook even TikTok is adding a business option. That can hook back to the cloud , we got to be on top of that.

I think we've uncovered a glitch or bug with this. When you migrate from personal to business you might by accident or the social media app may make duplicate accounts. Which can become hard to find if you use one business email. Or log you out of apps like whatsapp for business.

Oh. My wife again suggested I make a whatsapp group just for my column. We had a lot of people, clients, local clergy join. It's real technology for real people. We will be previewing software, raffeling off hardware /software. I'm posting a very little so you don't get annoyed. If this is allowed. Whatsapp.ungarbled.tech is the group.
