Gan Rina Nursery

As we all try to process the events of the past week and as we send our hopes and teffilot to the people of Israel the Morot here at Gan Rina Nursery wanted to send another kind of help.
For families with young children living in Israel, the children here have spent time this week making short (6-12 minute) videos full of singing, dancing, story telling, learning, and playing. We have loved getting the picture and video responses from our friends in Israel and are doing our best to personally reply to each of them as "virtual Pen Pals".

As teacher appreciation week comes to an end I must make a moment to thank all the Morot here at Gan Rina.

Theses are the first Morot our children ever know, the ones who lay the foundation for every future teacher to build on, the ones who teach the ABCs and also how to be a friend, the ones who are often called Mommy because that is the only reference our children have for that kind of bond, how can we ever thank our Preschool Morot?

We have asked our students about their Morot, here is just a taste of what your children had to say:
"I love playing with my Morot and helping them clean up the toys, they show me where everything goes."
"I like when my Morot read me stories and let me cuddle for story time."
"When I am sad and need a hug my Morah makes me happy and makes me feel better."
"My Morah told me all about pesach, that is my favorite, my Morah does all the songs for me."
"I love when my Morah shows me how to make all the projects so I can show them to my mommy."
"My Morah gives me a hug when I come to school. I love my Morah."
"I love when my Morah helps me build my tower so tall and sends a picture to my mommy so she can see."
"I love that my Morot always takes care of me."

I am so grateful for our amazing staff, we can never thank you enough!

Spring 2022!

Welcome back! We had a great first day as we hit the ground running getting to know our new friends and Morot and jumping right into our Rosh HaShana unit!
