Improper flashing and lack of home wrap caused a major surprise when demoing this master bath! The wall was completely rotted and falling apart. 😣

It’s never fun to come across surprises during your home renovation, but the D&B crew are well versed not only in interior renovations but exteriors as well. 🏡 🔨

We were able to get this issue sorted out and are back on track! We like to be open and honest about the things that can occur and not just the pretty stuff!

Regardless of the issue, we’re always here to help make things right! ✔️
