This Memorial Day we are hosting the MURPH once again!!!! BBQ and water slide for the whole family!
Kids and adults are welcomed to do the MURPH together 🤙🏼
7:30-1pm the strength and conditioning building will be open 🤙🏼 hot dogs and hamburgers at noon 🤙🏼

Also, our Strength and Conditioning/HIIT classes have been getting ready for the MURPH so come and join in on the prep work 💪🏼
