I finally got around to jar up a bunch of Kimchee. I'm also making a small batch with a high heat level. It should be very spicy and those will be ready in 1 week. While I was at it, I also made some spicy daikon kimchee. This should be ready next week.
Since the Shed is temporarily closed due to us still waiting for a building permit, all of the Kimchee will be available for purchase at Red House BBQ right across the street. These are $8.00 a pint. We will start selling them on Wednesday.
