📍 Murrieta — $700K median. $308/sf vs. $371 in Temecula. Same lifestyle, better value.
📍 Menifee — $620K median. 38% of sellers cut their price. Buyers averaged $23K in concessions.
Sellers: homes priced right are still getting competitive offers. Homes that sit? The market will tell you — and it’ll cost you $20K–$25K to find out.
