In life we learn, we grow and most importantly we do our best to take care of every one else but ourselves. Over the past year, my health has taken a toll on my personal life and it has really impacted those around me. This song expresses a bit of how my mental state has been and how I cope. The only thing that keeps my mind from wondering is writing music. I didn’t want to write a sad song about mental health, I wanted to bring joy and express that if we keep faith in our god he’ll take care of us. I can only get the help that I need and continue to move forward. Anxiety and depression is real and for those who’ve never experienced it will never understand what goes through our minds.
