Hey guys and gals, its been along time...but I promise to get back into the swing of things. This is day 4 of the Whole30 meal and lifestyle program. My new Coach Sharissa Bradley M.A. CNC Independence Through Nutrtion is AMAZING! There are several of us at the office following Sharissa's guidance. Its sooo much easier to stick to something like UGH...a diet when you have daily/hourly support. People interacting-sharing-watching over you. The problem for me sticking with it is not the food, its the alcohol. And with having a few cocktails comes poor eating choices, including not eating at all. Basically when you skip a meal its worse for you than if you ate. Who'd a Thunk...lol There are plenty of DELICIOUS (ha! there it is) replacement items available using organic, non gmo, whole food products like mayo, snacks, cooking essentials, etc online at Thrive market.com (and they are really cheap) http://thrv.me/fUDpCW Heres the key if you cant pronounce it don't eat it, and whenever possible eat organic, grass fed, cage free, wild caught, sustainable, no antibiotics foods.
