SUMO DEADLIFT
💥 Wider stance, hands inside knees
💥 More quad + adductor dominant
💥 Shorter range of motion
💥 Easier on the lower back for some lifters

CONVENTIONAL DEADLIFT
🔥 Narrow stance, hands outside knees
🔥 More posterior chain (hamstrings + back)
🔥 Longer pull = greater range of motion
🔥 Builds overall pulling strength
